Hi, Manny-- 
Thanks so much for all of your help finding the house to live in.  The market might get worse before it gets better, and since my last month in the house is December 08, you will likely be hearing from me at the end of the year, to try again for a condo or something, this time widening the search to include south Delray, as indicated by the Spanish River boundary map.  For now though, this is working out great. Nathan fishes in this lake in the community, has a friend next door, and has met 3  other boys, 1 of whom has Nathan's same trumpet teacher for private instruction. Small world.
